Officers Paulina Pereira, Mikael Diaz, Victoria Vasquez, Michelle Bonilla, and Ryan Zaccaro were hired by the Police Department in December 2016. On June 1st, during a ceremony in front of family and friends, they were sworn in by City Clerk Joe Bodek. On Wednesday, June 7th, they completed their recruit training and graduated from the 116th class of the John H. Stamler Police Academy. “We are very proud of these Officers. Their performance during recruit training was exceptional, and I have no doubt they will continue to represent the department well.” Said Police Chief Jonathan Parham. The Officers have been assigned to the Training Division for specialized departmental training.
