Linden Police Participate in the 2018 Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics of New Jersey

Active and retired members of the Linden Police Department joined over 3,000 law enforcement officers across the state in the New Jersey Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics on June 8, 2018. The annual tradition, which began in 1984, carries the “Flame of Hope” through local communities in support of the over 2,500 athletes who compete in the Special Olympics New Jersey Summer Games.
