The Fanwood Council and Mayor Mahr named Jennifer Coppock-Huegel the Volunteer of the Month during the regular Council meeting August 15th, presenting her with the traditional framed print of Fanwood’s historic train station. Jennifer has been a member of the Library Board of Directors since 2011 and serves on the Board’s communications subcommittee. She took part in drafting the Library’s 5-year strategic plan which has resulted in a number of improvements as the Library continues to be a vibrant part of our community. The Library Board is one of many volunteer boards and commissions that sets the course for our town in the important areas of planning, culture, education, sustainability, and community engagement. Jennifer is married to Councilman Russ Huegel and they have two daughters.
