Kenilworth Public Library is offering the following programs during the fall season.
The Fall Reading Club concludes on Friday, November 12.
Children’s Programs
Lap Sit for ages 0 – 24 months, Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m., September 28 – November 9
Toddler Time for 2 year old children, Wednesdays, at 10:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m., September 29 – November 10
PJ Story Time for children ages 3 & up, Thursdays, at 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., September 30 – November 11
Special Events
Registration is required for all special events. These programs are recommended for children ages 4 – 12 years old. Kenilworth residents may begin to register one week prior to each event. Out of town residents may begin to register 2 days prior to each event. To register call the library at 908-276-2451.
Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration: Wednesday, October 6 at 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
This interactive musical program will be presented by Richard Stillman. This program will be funded by a Cultural Arts Grant. Registration begins on Monday, September 29.
Halloween Celebration featuring magician Anthony Salazar: Wednesday, October 27 at 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Children are invited to wear their Halloween Costume when they attend this exciting interactive magic show. This program will be funded by a Recycling Grant given to the Borough of Kenilworth. Registration begins on Wednesday, October 20.
Boogie Woogie Babies: Tuesday, November 9 at 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Ages: 0 – 4. Babies, toddlers and young children will enjoy an interactive musical program presented by Tiffany Taylor.Kenilworth residents may begin to register on Tuesday, November 2. Out of town residents may begin to register on November 5.
