St. Patrick’s Day-themed Grab ‘n Go Craft (Ages 4-9) 

starting Monday, March 7

Get your Grab ‘n Go Craft when you check out a book from the Library, while supplies last.  

Special Events:
Registration is required for all special events.
Kenilworth residents may begin to register one week prior to each event.
Out-of-town residents may begin to register two days prior to each event.

Cartooning Workshop with Doug Baron (Ages 8-Adult)  

Saturday, March 19 from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.  

Professional graphic artist Doug Baron will teach you how to draw your favorite cartoon characters and improve your artistic skills. Sponsored by the Ralph Errington Charitable Foundation. 

Paper Mill Playhouse presents Lost and Found (Ages 4-Adult) 

Thursday, March 24 from 4 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Library 

The Paper Mill Playhouse’s Children’s Theater on Tour students bring us this 30-minute musical revue replete with high-energy Broadway show tunes. A great introduction to the world of musical theatre! Registration required. For Kenilworth residents, registration begins Thursday, March 17. All others may register starting Tuesday, March 22, space permitting. Bilingual Special Event for Teens & Adults: 

Hablemos Juntos (Ages 16-Adult) 

Wednesday, April 6 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

Join us for an opportunity to practice Spanish and English conversation skills in a relaxed setting while participating in language related activities. All levels of English and Spanish speakers are welcome. Meet others in the community that want to learn to speak a second language. Presented by Coordinator of Youth Services Robin Koerner, Library Assistant Telina Cuppari, and volunteer Virginia Huerta. Registration recommended, but not required.  Registration begins Wednesday, March 30.

(above) Let’s go to China! was recently presented by Patricia Shih at the Kenilworth Public Library in honor of The LUNAR NEW YEAR. Participants enjoyed an interactive program which provided an opportunity to learn about the geography, history, music, art and customs of China. This program was funded by The Friends of The Kenilworth Public Library.
