We’re back! The Friends of Vermeule Mansion (FOVM) announces their annual Giant Yard Sale which will be held on Saturday, April 21st, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the grounds of the Vermeule Mansion, at the corner of 614 Greenbrook Road and Clinton Avenue, North Plainfield, New Jersey. A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, April 22.
Cost for a 10’ x 10’ space is $10 paid prior to April 6th. Spaces are $15 if reserved and paid for after April 6th. No tables or chairs will be provided, and no food items may be sold by vendors. Sellers may set up at 8 a.m., and sign-in is at the driveway. All vendors must vacate the property by 4:30 p.m. and must take their remaining unsold items and trash with them.
