Women’s Self-Defense Seminar
Florham Park Police Department
Anyone who lives or works in Florham Park is eligible to attend this basic course taught by Florham Park Police Department’s defensive tactics instructors. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Ridgedale Middle School Gymnasium. This seminar is meant as a basic introduction to self-defense with a large focus on situational awareness. Half of the seminar will be PowerPoint based and the other half will be drills & scenarios.
