Five Outstanding Citizens to Be Honored by the Boy Scouts of America with the Linden Good Scout Award

Boy Scouts of America, Patriots’ Path Council will be honoring local citizens at the first ever Linden Good Scout Awards Dinner to be held on the evening of Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at The III Amici Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. The honorees are Maria Castenheria, Bank Manager Santander Bank; Michael Jackson, firefighter Linden Fire Department; Danie Orelien-Armstead, First Lady of Linden and public-school teacher; Lucia Perpina, Principal Attorney with the Law Offices of Lucia E. Perpina Esq. LLC; and Capt. Abdul Williams, Linden Police Department.

The event recognizes these five outstanding citizens for their community service and leadership in the City of Linden. The Boy Scouts of America is proud to work with such dedicated members of the Linden community, for their embodiment of the values of the century old Scout Oath and Law in their personal and professional lives.

Linden is a part of the Patriots’ Path Council, Boy Scouts of America which serves 17,000 youth in over 400 Scouting units in communities throughout Morris, Middlesex, Somerset, Sussex, and Union Counties.
