Festive Scarecrows Have Taken Over Frelinghuysen Arboretum
Discover Dozens of Comical, Historic, and Colorful Scarecrows Throughout the Gardens
Through Sunday, December 1, 2019, explore the beautiful gardens of the Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morris Township, and spy dozens of festive, fall scarecrows designed by individuals, businesses, organizations, scout groups, and school classes.
Visit the Haggerty Education Center for a map of locations to find these crafty creations. Keep your eyes out for the ‘Gary the Gardener’ scarecrow, dressed as one of the Arboretum’s own gardeners. Find all of the scarecrows, take a selfie with your favorite to post on Facebook or Instagram, and take a mini-scarecrow home to decorate yourself.
