The Fanwood- Scotch Plains College Club continues to come together to face the challenges that impact not only its membership but also the needs of our entire community. Each month Pat Goldberg, Cathy Hirschhorn and Connie Salisbury, the co-chairs of the club’s Outreach Committee, plan and organize a project and invite membership participation.

Club members recently donated personal and household items that will fill two backpacks for previously homeless men to help them transition into affordable housing.

Since September, the club members have also supported local food pantries, purchased baby products for Hearts for Humanity, made a Thanksgiving meal basket for a local family, and donated to the Tiny Tim Fund.
