Fanwood Performance Series
Singer-songwriters Kate Klim and Andrew Delaney will take the stage on Saturday night, October 8, for the latest show in the Fanwood Performance Series.
Based in Nashville, with roots in Pennsylvania and Illinois, Kate Klim specializes in “sad songs sprinkled with hope.” The show will include selections from her new album, “Something Green.”
Arlington, Texas-based Andrew Delaney describes his music as “post-modern anti-folk, or something,” featuring wit, candor, and often dark humor.
The show begins at 7 p.m. at the Patricia M. Kuran Cultural Arts Center, also known as the Old Carriage House, on the grounds of Fanwood Borough Hall.
The suggested donation for admission is $15, or $10 for students and seniors, cash at the door. Light refreshments are available for purchase at intermission. Proceeds help support the all-volunteer, non-profit concert series.
Looking ahead, the Fanwood Performance Series will present the Afro-Peruvian jazz sounds of Central Jersey’s own Forbidden Tropics, along with troubadour Matt Bednarsky, on Saturday, November 12.

The series is a presentation of Mayor Colleen Mahr and the Fanwood Arts Council, made possible in part by a HEART (History, Education, Arts Reaching Thousands) grant from the Union County Board of County Commissioners.
