New Bike Patrol Officers
Fanwood police officers Kimara Ransom, Timothy Green, Sergeant Daniel Piccola and Officer Christopher Pinerio recently completed training for bike patrol at the John H. Stamler Police Academy. The training involves bike safety, maintenance, control in crowds, and riding up and down stairs if necessary. Fanwood Police Department Lieutenant Daniel Kranz stated, “The bike unit has proven to be a great addition to the department and will be an excellent asset in our Community Policing efforts to serve the Fanwood community.”
