Eleven student musicians from Westfield High School performed with the Central Jersey Music Educators Association (CJMEA) Region II Band in January.
After rigorous auditions that included the top musical talent from high schools in Hunterdon, Monmouth, Mercer, Somerset, Middlesex and Union counties, selected to perform with the CJMEA Region II Band are: Kailey Zhao, Bassoon; Aprina Wang, French Horn; Valerie Chang, Oboe; Tia Lemberg, Oboe; Ian Gurland, Percussion; Robert Strauss, Piccolo; Conor Daly, Trombone; Austin Chen, Trumpet; Duncan Cook, Trumpet; Karl Peter, Trumpet; and Max Tennant, Trumpet.
