Donations Sought for Rummage Sale
The Senior Center in Gillette will conduct its annual rummage sale on Saturday, October 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and on Sunday, October 9th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This is a major fundraiser for the Long Hill Senior Club. The hall is packed with treasures, and the sale takes place rain or shine. Parking is always free.
We will be selling small furniture and lamps, pocketbooks, books, CDs, DVDs, jewelry, tools, linens, household items, small electronics, puzzles, toys, games, china, baskets, small appliances, kitchenware, pictures and frames and lots of seasonal decorations.
Donations are accepted at the Senior Center, 769 Valley Rd., Starting August 16th on, Tuesdays and Fridays between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and Wednesday 10:30-3. Only some Thursday mornings from 10-12 – Please call ahead on Thursdays to make sure someone is there – 908-626-1101 or email lhseniors@comcast.net.
IF DONATING…PLEASE NO: Clothing, NOOLD LARGE TV’s large furniture, car seats, high chairs, strollers, cribs, or encyclopedias and no broken items.
