July Programs for Adults at the Library

Adult Programs

Cranford Public Library

Craft Crew–Fridays in July, from 2pm-4pm

Practice random acts of kindness through crafts at Craft Crew. Community members of all ages are invited to celebrate the summer reading theme of “All Together Now” by spreading joy in the community! Crafters of all ages and abilities are invited to drop into the Library and join us from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. every Friday in July. No registration is required, but children under age 8 require an adult guardian.

Literary Cafe–Saturday, July 8, at 10:15am

Literary Café is a book chat program. The format is simple: Bring a few of your recent favorite books and tell the other members of the group what you like about them. If you don’t have a copy of the book you want to talk about, that’s okay, too. The books can be new or old, fiction or non-fiction, classic or contemporary. There is no required reading, and you will have the opportunity to learn about books recommended by other group members. Attend as many sessions as you’d like. Admission is free and all are welcome. Refreshments sponsored by the Friends of the Cranford Public Library. Patrons are welcome to join us in person or online.

Adults Create–Tuesday, July 11, at 7pm

Join us the 2nd Tuesday of every month for crafts! We will be doing a different craft each month. All supplies will be provided. Sponsored by the Friends of the Cranford Public Library.

Registration is required and can be done here:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/adults-create-tickets-656758170367?aff=oddtdtcreator
