Knights of Columbus Awards Over $13,000 in Scholarships

Over $13,000 in Scholarships awarded

CRANFORD KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

On Tuesday June 13th at St. Michael’s Church, the Cranford Knights of Columbus presented over $13,000 in Scholarship monies to 13 worthy high school students.

Neil McGovern received the Monsignor Louis Fimiani Memorial Award, Breona Pizzuta received the Christine Bagniewski Memorial Award, and Sabrina Prata received the Irene Shackell Memorial Award. The other Scholarship winners are Kayla Haughey, Meghan Turner, Patrick Morin, Anne Cartnick, Charlotte Bauer, Ava Campos, James Breslin, Samuel Tallon, John Paul (J.P.) Zissler and Abigail Gorman.

The Council would like to thank the Scholarship Committee chaired by Brother Ed Bagniewski for a job well done, as we had many applicants again this year.
