3rd graders serve up drinks for a cause

In an effort to help animal shelters in need, Daniella Loffredo and Chloe Collins sold not just lemonade, but four different flavored refreshing drinks on a beautiful spring day. While most customers were inclined to choose lemonade, or the Arnold Palmer drink, some were tempted to try the ‘mystery blue drink.’ The catch was, you needed to guess its flavor. Happily some guessed correctly. More importantly, through the generosity of friends, neighbors, and  kind people, the girls raised a total of $215 all of which was donated evenly to local animal shelters. Chloe and Daniella have decided to do another event soon. So if you happen to see them stop by and maybe guess the mystery drink while helping a worthwhile cause.
