Cooper gets help from the NPPD
Cooper, a North Plainfield resident, recently reached out to North Plainfield Police Department (NPPD) asking for help in supporting his cause in the fight against Type 1 diabetes.
Cooper, who has Type 1 diabetes, chose to work with a recycling company that will donate money for every shoe that he collected to be recycled. NYPD officers collected additional shoes for Cooper’s effort.
