College Women’s Club of Cranford to host Valentines Day Event

Valentine’s Day Event

College Women’s Club Cranford

If you don’t have plans for Valentine’s Day evening, the College Women’s Club of Cranford would love to see you at their free educational program, open to all! The club is happy to welcome back as guest speaker Dr. Michael Norris, former educator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and founder of ArmchairArttours.com.

Dr. Norris will take us through an exploration of the ever romantic French impressionist art often focused on modern young women and children. The program will specifically look at the life and loves of Berthe Marie Pauline Morisot and her very close relationship with Edouard Manet.  A unique love story.

Join the ladies for a meet and greet with some treats and sweets at 7:30 p.m. on February 14th, the program will immediately follow at 8 p.m. Bring a date or a friend! The club meetings are held in person at the first Presbyterian Church of Cranford, in the youth center.

The College Women’s club fundraises exclusively for local youth providing multiple scholarships each year to ambitious high school seniors. We provide free monthly educational programs that are open to the public.  For more information visit  collegewomensclubcranford.com, and/or you can email the club at cranfordcollegeclub@gmail.com.
