Rotary Club Donation to Valley Road School
The Clark Rotary Club recently donated dictionaries to the third grade class at Valley Road School. Rotary members Alan Tennant, John Samsel, and Katie Richardson visited the students to make the donation. Principal Joe Beltramba stated, “We would like to thank the Rotary Club for their generous donation and support of our schools. This resource will assist the students across the curriculum.The students were excited to receive this useful tool.”
The Rotary members talked with the students about how the importance of learning new vocabulary. They also told the children about the longest word in the dictionary.
