The Clark Health Department reminds all residents who own, harbor, keep, feed or care for any dog and/or cat, that the animals must be licensed during the month of January. Renewal notices were mailed the week of December 17, 2018.
Any business selling food in Clark, must renew their license in January 2019. Renewal packets were mailed the week of December 17, 2018.
