CLARK KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Registration for the Clark Public School District Full-day Kindergarten Program will take place on the following days:
Thursday, February 22, 2018 – FRANK K. HEHNLY SCHOOL
Tuesday, February 27, 2018 – VALLEY ROAD SCHOOL
Registration will be between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Registration forms are being sent out to all eligible students.
Parents should bring with them the following:
Original Birth Certificate
Health History and Health Record from Physician
Proof of Residence – (Three Required)
Children who will be five years old by October 1, 2018 are eligible to enroll.
