The anticipated peak bloom of the cherry blossom trees in Essex County Branch Brook Park is April 1 – 5, 2023! Visit essexcountyparks.org/parks/branch-brook-park to check out our webcam to see how our trees are looking each day.
Join your family and classmates in Essex County Branch Brook Park on Saturday, April 15th for the 2023 One-Mile Fun Run, part of our 46th annual Cherry Blossom Festival. After the race, stay into the afternoon to enjoy activities, crafts, and performances at our Family Day event held directly after in the Prudential Concert Grove section of the park.
There is no fee to participate. Permission slips for each run participant must also be received prior to the start of the race. Children can enter individually on race day. All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and an award at the completion of the race.
