Berkeley Heights PBA Youth Fishing Derby
The Berkeley Heights Community Policing Unit hosted a catch and release Youth Fishing Derby on Saturday, April 30th, 2022. The fishing derby was held at Horshoe Pond, in Berkeley Heights for kids in grades three through six.
Families gathered around the pond on a beautiful Saturday morning to catch their share of bass. The fishing derby was sponsored and assisted members of PBA Local #144. The day could not have been possible without the help of Traffic Safety Officer Donato Minicozzi, the Berkeley Heights Police Department, and members of the community.
