Teen Library Council (TLC)
Jan 4, from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Because even the Library needs a little TLC. The Teen Library Council is a safe space for teens to voice their opinions for the Library.
Earn volunteer hours and help the Berkeley Heights Public Library choose what items to purchase, and what events/ activities to plan.
Teen Library Council Meetings are for individuals in grades 6-12.
Every attendee will receive volunteer hours for coming to the meeting.
Snacks will be provided.
Morning Book Group

We have a Library of Things, where you can check items out that you will only need for a limited amount of time, or want to try before you purchase it.
Some of the things available include games, travel accessories, a table telescope, and so much more!
Come see what items we have to offer, and play around with items!
This is a drop in program. No registration is required.

TEEN: Yoga Program

Yoga is an ancient mindfulness practice that can help you destress from your many responsibilities! If you would like to get started with a more mindful approach to your life, join Alex Plante as she leads you in an energetic, yet calming practice designed for beginner yogis. All levels welcome.
Alex is an RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with YogaAlliance.
Teen programs are for individuals in grades 6-12.
Please remember to bring a yoga mat or towel with you.
