Army Ranger To Speak at Veterans Breakfast

On Sunday, November 5, 2022, Cranford VFW Post #335 will be holding its annual Veterans Breakfast. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Post Home at 479 South Avenue E. in Cranford, this event will be open to all area veterans. Hutchinson began his career in the Army in 1996 as an automatic rifleman and ended it in 2016 as the Sergeant Major of the Able Squadron of the Asymmetric Warfare Group.

He has an extensive career as an Army Ranger being deployed to Kuwait, Operation Enduring Freedom seven times, Operation Iraq Freedom three times, and to Afghanistan as well. His military decorations and awards are too great to detail but include the Bronze Star Medal (2nd award), Combat Infantry Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, and Army Meritorious Service Medal.
