Book Sale – September 30th
The Nonprofit AAUW Madison Area Branch is hosting a one-day book sale on September 30, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the FM Kirby Children’s Center, 54 East St., Madison. Over 2,000 gently used books will be for sale at bargain prices. All proceeds benefit education programs for women and girls such as the branch’s Mature Women Grant awards and the AAUW NJ Teck Trek STEM camp for middle school girls. In the past two years nine grants have been awarded to local women continuing their education and financial support has been provided to send Morris County middle school girls to the STEM camp.
