The Drowsy Chaperone
Travel back to the glamorous world of the 1920’s and attend one of Cranford High School Performing Arts Department’s performances of The Drowsy Chaperone. The performances will be held on March 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. and March 13 at 2 p.m. in the Cranford High School auditorium.
Focusing on a musical theatre fan, we follow his storytelling of his favorite classic musical as it comes to life right in front of his eyes (and ours!). Originally opening on Broadway in 2006, the show was nominated for and won five Tony awards and seven Drama Desk awards. The musical’s book is by Bob Martin and Don McKellar, and music and lyrics by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison. The cast, crew, and production team look forward to the chance to “Show Off” the talent of Cranford High School!
