Dear Residents of Clark:
The Mayor and I regret to inform you that the Winter Festival/ Tree Lighting has been canceled. With the high number of COVID cases in Clark and Gov. Murphy’s recent Executive Order for Restriction of only 150 people at outdoor gatherings – leaves us no choice but to cancel the Winter Festival. I am beyond heartbroken. The tree will still be lit at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 28th, if you would like to drive by.
I promise Clark Recreation will bring this event back BIGGER than ever in 2021!!!
