On May 19th the annual LEA/Linden Food Pantry Walkathon was held. It was a beautiful day for the school children of Linden to walk around Wilson Park pond.

The walk raised around 2,000 pounds of food and Linden High School National Honor Society presented the pantry with a check in the amount of $2,500.

There was a DJ and lots of great music for the children to sing and dance to.

The Linden Food Pantry (LINCS) would like to thank all of the schools and their staff, the LEA, the City of Linden, the children, the National Honor Society and our very dedicated volunteers for a successful and wonderful day.
