Batter Up – Let’s Talk Baseball (All Ages)

“Downton Abbey: a New Era” will be screened in the Conti Room. The Crawley family goes on a grand journey to the South of France to uncover the mystery of the dowager countess’s newly inherited villa. This PG film is in English with subtitles.

The New Providence Diversity Committee and the New Providence Memorial Library celebrate National Spanish Heritage Month with a fun film in the Conti Room.
Sewing Machine Workshop (Adults & Teens)

Make your own pincushion while learning how to use a sewing machine in this workshop. Registration is required, as spots are limited. Email to register.

NP Chess Club (Kids, Teens & Adults)

Learn to play chess from the NP Chess Club! Weekly play every Monday night from 5:30-7:30 in the Coddington Room starting September 19. Instructional Lectures & Strategy on September 19, October 3, 17, November 7, 28, December 5, 19 from 4:30-5:30 in the Conti Room. Open to kids, teens and adults ages X and up.
