FREE Senior Citizen Line Dance Classes

Complete Fitness Exercise Program-a whole body workout using Kick boxing, high and low aerobics, cardio and body toning.

Yoga-is the oldest system of personal and healthful development that embraces your mind, body, and spirit.

Pilates & Barre Exercise Class-Pilates: Mind- body exercises that train several muscle groups at once, using smooth and continuous movements. Teaches body-awareness and good posture, while improving flexibility and agility. Barre-A fusion of ballet, pilates and stretches.
