Warren Twp. Artist’s ‘Cats & Other Furry Creatures’ on Display at Library

The Art Space at SCLSNJ’s Warren Twp. Library branch, located at 42 Mountain Blvd. in Warren Twp, will display “Cats & Other Furry Creatures,” an exhibit featuring drawings and oil paintings by Warren artist, Karen E. Stoberwill, through January 31, 2017.
Stober has been drawing and painting using lead, color pencils, oil, and acrylic paints her entire life. Her pieces usually focus on her love of nature. The exhibit at SCLSNJ’s Warren Twp. Library branch includes paintings of sunflowers, horses, dogs, and kittens.
Stober graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Fine Arts and has taken additional courses in graphic design, illustration, and photography at Raritan Valley Community College. Some of the artwork on display are available for sale, with 20% of the selling price going to the Friends of the Warren Library.
