Volunteer of the Month – December 2019
Trish Nering, a resident of Russell Road in Fanwood, was honored for her 25 years of volunteer work in collecting food, clothing and other necessities for people in need in our community. Her group, Heart for Humanity, is especially busy around holidays, collecting goods for those in need. Trish received the traditional print of the history Fanwood train station from Councilwoman Trisha Walsh, a Russell Road neighbor, during the Dec. 16, 2019 council meeting.
