(above) The Township of Union Garden Club held their Annual Rose Contest in June at Town Hall. Entries were accepted from Garden Club members, and the submissions were required to be grown by Garden Club members as well. Committeeman Joseph Florio was on hand to congratulate the winner, Marie Dyke, whose rose won by one tie-breaking vote.
