Free Adult Health Screening Offered by the Madison Health Department
An Adult Health Screening for residents served by the Madison Health Department will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the Madison Civic Center, 28 Walnut Street Madison, NJ. Those 18 years of age and older are invited to “Know Their Numbers” for cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, and several other values measured in the Complete Metabolic Profile (CMP).
Residents of Madison, Chatham Township, Springfield and Cranford are invited. This blood analysis is a fasting test (not eating for 12 hours prior to appointment time is recommended) and appointments are required. Individual blood pressure and health information will be available at the screening. There is no fee for this community service.
