Free, Weekly Chair Yoga for Seniors at the Library
The Linden Public Library, through a generous donation from The Friends of the Linden Public Library, is proud to sponsor a series of weekly programs offering Chair Yoga for Seniors. These hour long exercise sessions are offered free-of-charge and are held every Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the Columbia Bank Room of the library. They will be taught by Paulette Rasul, a registered yoga instructor.
Chair yoga is designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility. It is practiced either while seated or with the aid of a chair and is a great form of yoga for beginners, people with physical disabilities or those who find typical yoga classes too challenging.
