The Borough Hall rehabilitation project included the repairing of water damage to the building’s portico and entry, as well as several rooms including the police, borough clerk, and tax collector’s office. The offices also received a new paint job. The work was funded in part by a Union County Infrastructure Grant. Borough Clerk Laura Reinertsen is credited with acting as the general contractor who picked all the colors and coordinated the painters for each department, which was quite an ordeal.
