Thank Our Veterans at the Memorial Day Parade in Union

Take an hour on Memorial Day to give thanks to our veterans who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Join us by Pearl Harbor Square at 10am May 25th to honor those that protect us and those we have lost.

This year, the Memorial Day Parade Committee has planned a bigger and better tribute. On May 25th, 2015 beginning at 10am, fill the sidewalks of Stuyvesant Ave to see floats, cars, motorcycles, Clydesdales horses, bands, including the Denville String Band and many area civic and youth organizations as they march for our military. In honor of our veterans, this year’s Grand Marshal is Committeeman Clifton People Jr, a Vietnam Veteran.

Don’t forget to stop by Frieberger Park, located behind Town Hall on Morris Ave at Sunday, May 24th at 1pm to see various re-enactment groups camped out. There will be live demonstrations and more as they bring history to life!

To participate in the Parade contact Karen Caulfield at (908) 851- 5472.
