Summit Downtown, Inc. will host Summit’s 10th Annual Restaurant Week from Thursday, July 19 through Sunday, July 29, 2018. Many restaurants and food shops will offer prix fixe menus and specials. A list of participating establishments and their menus/specials will be available on summitdowntown.org. Restaurant Week is the perfect time to visit a restaurant you’ve been wanting to try!
Summit Street Sounds will return on Thursday, July 19, to kick off Restaurant Week. Enjoy live music throughout the downtown while dining at one of Summit’s many outdoor cafes! Select restaurants will also feature prize drawings on the evening of July 19.
Summit Downtown, Inc. will be sponsoring a Restaurant Week Photo Contest. Snap a picture of your delicious food at a participating establishment during Restaurant Week and email it to sdiphotocontest@gmail.com by August 1 for a chance to win $100. You must include your name, where the photo was taken, and a brief description. All photos will be posted on the Summit Downtown, Inc. Facebook Page and Instagram account. There will be two winners. Melanie Cohn, Executive Director of the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, will choose the Best in Show winner. The photo with the most combined likes on Facebook and Instagram will also win $100. Limit of three entries per person.
