Downtown Trick or Treat
Downtown Trick-or-Treat returns on Halloween, Monday, October 31 from 2:30 – 4 p.m. Children are invited to don their costumes and venture into downtown Summit after school. Downtown businesses are excited to welcome kids and their families downtown to grab some treats!
