Hughes Students Build “Snowmen”
Submitted by Thomas Long
There may not be much snow outside, but the hallways of Thomas P. Hughes School are full of smiling snowmen!
Teachers are making the most of the cold winter days by bringing snowmen-themed activities into their daily lessons.
In Grade 4, the snowmen are having a festive factor snowball fight in Math; while in Fifth Grade, the snowmen are busy showcasing their knowledge of alliteration. In Grade 3 classes, those sweet snowmen are proudly displaying their acts of kindness.
Make sure to take a peek if you happen to be at Hughes…and we are looking forward to seeing all of our families at our Winter Sing-Along!
