Saint Theresa School in Kenilworth under the direction of Mrs. Christine McCarthy and Mrs. Susan Aronowitz, was one of nineteen schools, a total of 216 students, who participated in the Union Catholic 20th Annual Forensic Tournament held at Union Catholic High School in Scotch Plains, NJ. Saint Theresa School’s team consisted of thirteen students: Luke Bollwage, Makayla Koski, Stephanie Mendes and Rachel Tramontana (8th graders); Michael Huss, Mia Lissade, Andre Lissinna and Fiona Morales (7th graders); Paige Devanney, Zachary Devanney, Alexander Han, Allison Jones and Gianna Vaynberg (6th graders.) Seven out of the thirteen STS students advanced to the semi-finals. Rachel Tramontana was awarded a fifth place trophy in the Declamation category.
