The Linden Police Superior Officers Association (LPSOA) hoped to spread some holiday spirit by visiting several area residents on December 15, 2015 and surprising them with some brand new winter essentials.
LPSOA President, Lt. Michael Babulski, assisted by Vice-President Sgt. Airan Fernandez purchased several coats for families who were having a difficult holiday season. The families were given the coats from the LPSOA by White Rock Baptist Church in Linden. “I can’t thank the LPSOA enough for their assistance… so many families need help and every little bit helps,” said Janice Brown of the Church. “Many of the families had several children where the parent had lost a job, and so forth. The holidays are that special time of year where we at the LPSOA are proud to be able to provide a little extra joy to families that are struggling,” said President Babulski.
“Each family was provided with enough winter coats for each member of their family. I can’t thank the Napp-Grecco Company enough for their generous donation. They have been such a big supporter of or efforts here in Linden. We used those funds to provide these coats.”
