Soup Kitchen Ministry recognized
The Soup Kitchen Ministry at the Church of the Little Flower in Berkeley Heights was honored by St. Joseph’s Social Service Center, located in Elizabeth, at their annual fundraising dinner held in October. They were recognized for serving for 225 Saturdays, dating back to 1986 when this parish ministry began. The ministry cooks, serves and cleans up meals every other month on the 2nd Saturday.
