The Giving Tree
With Thanksgiving behind them. Social Concerns will then be collecting donations for a “giving tree” which will be set up in vestibule of the church starting November 20th.
The tree is decorated with tags which lists needed items. Donors simple take as many tags as they wish and return the items to the church in a gift bag and the original tag no later than December 11th. These will be distributed to needy families within the community as well as Covenant House, Catholic Charities, CASA Foster Children and St. Joseph’s Social Service Center in Elizabeth. If you are in need, please call and register with the Rectory 908-272-4444, Monday-Friday, 9am – 3pm.
