The ALJ Spanish Club ran a “Seats and Feets Drive” to collect new underwear and new socks for an orphanage in Guatemala. The Spansh Club’s efforts were supported by the Hehnly School K-Kids, Valley Road School and the Clark Pre-School where donations were also collected.
All together 466 pairs of underwear and 929 pairs of socks were collected, making it a huge success. In addition, a bake sale was run to offset the cost of shipping. The Reinoso family of Clark generously covered the rest of the shipping costs.
