(above) On May 1, the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) launched the Home Borrowing Library Services (HBLS) program. Through this service, SCLSNJ connects Library customers that are experiencing temporary or permanent qualifying barriers to visiting physical Library locations to materials.
