The Clark Health Department in conjunction with Holy Redeemer Health Care will be offering free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings for Clark residents from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Clark Recreation cafeteria, 430 Westfield Ave., Clark on the following Thursdays:
February 7, March 7, April 4, June 6, September 5, and November 7.
Pre-registration is not required. First come, first served. A two hour fast is recommended for the blood sugar screening.
The Clark Health Department in conjunction with MedLabs Diagnostics will be offering the free SMA blood with lipid panel and A1C on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Pre-registration is required for this testing by calling Nancy Raymond, Health Officer, at 732-428-8405.
Flu shots will be offered between 10:00 a.m. -12:00 noon at the Deutscher Club, 787 Feather bed Lane on Wednesday, September 12, 2019. Participants will be required to complete registration forms and bring all insurance cards (Medicare, HMO, Aetna etc.) for billing purposes.
