For the last 40 years the Garwood Fire Department has escorted Santa Clause around the Borough. Santa has his sled pulled behind a fire truck and at every stop residents can get on the sled with Santa and talk with him.
Santa will be in town on December 9, 2018 starting at 11 a.m. on the North side and will cover every street in town. Rain date will be December 16th.
Santa wants to remind everyone that he will be stopping at all Santa stops, so PLEASE go to these stops. You can find the stops by the signs depicting a photo of Santa which will be hung on all the fire hydrants that are designated stops, and in the middle of some blocks.
This year Santa will be collecting Toys for Tots. If you would like to donate an unwrapped gift please bring it at out to Santa or it can be dropped off at the Fire Department.
